Did this happen to anyone else with the TDAP?

I got the Tdap shot on July 2nd and it’s been really sore (like most shots) but I woke up today and it’s like a knot in my arm. Has anyone else had this same reaction?

Yes! It was red, swollen and hot to the touch! But it’s normal. My arm was really sore for about a week too. I’m thinking maybe I should’ve gotten it on the right arm which I use more. Good luck!!

that's a common reaction. Tylenol and massaging the injection site will help with pain.

yes it's normal, it's your immune response. my daughter has this same reaction when she gets the prevnar 13 vaccination
