Why wouldn't it be?! It's a celebration of welcoming your new baby, regardless of what number it is!

If someone wants to throw you a party than I certainly wouldn’t argue lol. If you’re planning on throwing it for yourself though It could be seen as tacky or greedy. In my family/friends women who have more than one only have a party for the first and it hasn’t mattered how far apart they were or if it was a different gender from the first 3 etc. I think it’s different everywhere though so if that’s normal for your geographical area or family/friend group than go for it.

If the births were years apart then I would need newer items for the baby. Car seats and strollers have expiration dates, models are recalled, they fall apart. 
If I’m having back to back pregnancies then I don’t really need gifts. I’d much rather just celebrate a new baby without all of the gift giving.
