Any dental hygienists or anyone can help?? Tongue issue.

I been having these dark red spots for about 2 days now and I kind of hurts when I touch or or move my tongue a little but is it
Contagious?? I’m not allergic
To anything (not that I know of) and I didn’t bite my
Tongue or whag not.. any one can help please I’m worried.. will it go away on its own.?

Looks like a really good scrape or possibly Glositis migrans or Geographical tongue which is nothing to worry about. 
Do rinses with salt water see if it’s better in a week and see a dentist for a formal diagnosis.

It looks like geographical tongue.  I get it when I eat potent foods like anything with garlic or rough textures like cheetohs. Nothing to worry about. It’s just a nuisance
