Everyone has those days where bad body image hits us HARD! Everyone has days where they feel insecure and that's totally normal. It's part of being a human. However, don't forget to thank your body for everything it allows you to do!

Speak kindly to yourself and about your body. Stop the negative thoughts before they become a habitual thing.

Replace all of those negative thoughts with something else!

I tell myself "sure, you've got a lot of extra weight, but you are working to get rid of it!" I'm so bad about speaking negatively about myself. It's time for change.

Don't let yourself forget that just as weight loss is a slow and steady process, so is a healthy and loving relationship with your body! It's okay if it doesn't happen overnight.
