Inductions
I just feel the need to rant. On nearly every single post about inductions, there are always a few people who "just can't believe" people even consider doing it. They say "only do it if MEDICALLY necessary". I get it. As a mom of 4, I have been through it all with my pregnancies. I have had 2 inductions, 1 that I went into labor with naturally but ironically still needed the help of pitocin after labor stalled and now I am facing yet another induction at 37 weeks if baby doesn't come on his own by then. Yea, mine are medically necessary. However, I would not dare judge another mom or mother to be if their doctor gives them a choice to induce once baby is term. Its their freakin' body, their baby and their choice. The same goes for those who don't want to even consider an induction. If they want to go a full 42 weeks then by all means, do it. There are medical risks with both choices and as long as the mother and their doctor are ok with those risks then live and let live. Pregnancy is a blessing and a gift both when it begins and ends. Some can't wait for it to be over, while others want to soak it in as long as possible. On a side note...summer pregnancies are hard you guys! This is my first summer pregnancy and yikes! The only time I seem to want to spend outside these days is walking from my car to my office or home 😊😂 For real though ladies, stop bashing or judging each other. Everyone has differing opinions on nearly everything pregnancy and child related but we all have 1 thing in common-we all want healthy, happy babies. ❤
