Pressure in Bottom & Having to Pee

Pressure in bottom/butt and having to pee when stomach tightens/contracts. Is that a true contraction or no? It felt very strange and different from the contractions I have been experiencing. The minute my stomach tightened, I got a lot of pressure down below.
