Ugh help me

So me and my boyfriend have been dating for about a year I mean we took like a 2 month break but pretty much a year but anyway the reason why we took a break was because we needed space but for them 10 months like one week we would be completely fine then the next it’s like he doesn’t care for me and he doesn’t wanna be with me well now after the 2 month break we’ve been back together for about a month and he’s starting to do this shit again and like it’s messing me tf up and it’s actually kinda depressing me but like I love the shit out of this kid but like one week we will be completely fine then the next it’s like he’s all short with me and shit and I just don’t know what to do.... I even offered to go on a date thing Friday and he said he doesn’t know but I bet you a week from now he will wanna hangout and shit none stop..😕
