So my husband has joined the police force and is going to be away for the next 5 months training (right through the birth). Hopefully he will be able to get away for a day or two for the birth. He will be a couple hours away from me and it’s winter time when We are due.

Any other pregnant woman in the same boat (police, military etc)? What is your plan to get to the hospital and who will be with you? I don’t have many people around me so debating moving home with my parents for a month while we wait for the birth. So many logistics and trying my hardest to be a supportive wife.
