Is this normal with Nexplanon? Plz read

I just got Nexplanon in a week and a half ago. AF was due yesterday. She still hasn't come yet and I'm used to having super regular periods. I haven't had sex since April.

Is there a possibility she won't come at all or that she is just going to be late? I know irregular bleeding is the most common symptom but I didn't know if it could start right away. Should I be concerned?

I was like you i was very regular but then I got the implant and missed the first period after but then that period came a week after it was due! Now I experience spotting and irregular bleeding but it’s early days for me I only have it 3 months

When I first got nexplanon I didn’t get my period for the first three months. Best three months of my life lol

It's really anybody's guess as to what's going to happen with your period. I wouldn't worry though. I completely skipped my first period after getting Nexplanon and then after that it's been completely unpredictable. If you need to calm your nerves you can always take a pregnancy test.

it could also stop your period, I spotted for 24 days straight when I first got it and haven't had a period since
