Can you trust urine tests at Doctor's office?

I had a urine test back in the first week of May which was negative. I had another urine test two weeks ago at my OBGYN's which was negative because I was going for a Nexplanon consultation. A few days later I had another urine test at a different doctors. All negative.

Should I be confident that they are accurate? I also took HPT's about three weeks ago and five weeks ago that were negative.
