Am I pregnant?

So I know you can't just tell me I'm pregnant and yes I am testing on the 9th so I can know for sure. but I'm so excited to be trying for #2 so could you tell me if it sounds like I am to you.

I have been having nausea, threw up today, bad insomnia, a few pimples (which I never get but was my first sign with #1), heaps of discharge (rare for me as well) and my belly is feeling really full.

does it sound hopeful? 🤔
