What qualifies as a legitimate sex addict?

I’m not saying I am one (because I don’t know the qualifications) but hear me out and lmk what you think.

Out of no where (actually since my depression got really bad) I’ve had a sudden craving for sex. My fiancé and I went from sex once a week to every other day. And I masturbate everyday while he’s at work. It’s all I’m thinking about through the day. I find myself trying to find a time to relieve myself (if ya know what I mean) and I’m really irritable until I’ve gotten off a few times.
