So I have two friends who both in their separate ways have made me feel bad that I am pregnant and they are not.

Friend #1- my go to girl. We text every single day. Oftentimes just about day-to-day ‘first world problems’ and bitching. I’m 15 weeks tomorrow and through our daily texts there’s been a handful of times that I’ve mentioned not feeling that well that day, or how tired I am. I’ve never once tried to sound ungrateful for being pregnant and I definitely don’t feel i am COMPLAINING.

But she wanted to be pregnant years ago and just hasn’t found the right guy, she admits she is jealous and says she doesn’t appreciate me ‘complaining’ about my pregnancy when she wants nothing more than to be pregnant.

Again I don’t feel as though I have been complaining, just merely VENTING as this friend and I have always done with each other.

Also, it’s not my fault that she is not in this place in her life. She told me she is still going to support me and be there for me. And I said, are you really though? You’re telling me basically I can’t say anything to you about being pregnant, so how are you supporting me?

Friend #2-

This friend is like a big sister to me. I look up to her and love her and her whole family is like a second family to me.

So she has been TTC for years but she has her own issues (PCOS, endometriosis, battling her weight) and her husband has health issues as well. So unfortunately it hasn’t happened for her.

She just recently went to a fertility clinic to look at other options.

When I first told her I was pregnant, she seemed happy. She even got me flowers on Mother’s Day. But the last couple months I haven’t heard from her at all. I found out she created a Snapchat group amongst some other friends because I think she needed to vent about her feelings towards me.

Sooo... I don’t know what to do moving forward. I hardly even speak of my pregnancy. I’m not posting weekly bump pictures. I’m not telling them what fruit my baby is the size of this week. Other than my birth announcement I haven’t been posting on social media at all.

What else can I do? This is stressing me out which I obviously DONT need right now. But. I don’t want to lose my friends if I can help it. However I don’t really think I should have to beg them to support me.

I know my life is about to change and the last thing I need is unsupportive people in my circle. How do I handle this? I haven’t had a conversation with friend #2 yet.
