Any ideas
When I get stressed, hurt, or anxious..I cut. Or at least I used to. I have been clean for a year now and dont want to go back to that. However, I’m in a really stressful and upsetting time in my life and need a distraction. I started stress eating and I need to find something that will keep my from doing unhealthy things but also give me a distraction from everything that’s going on
I don’t want to keep scarfing down ice cream by the gallon and I definitely don’t want to start cutting again( it was on my thigh, I didn’t do it because I was suicidal, I did it because it kept my mind off of what was actually hurting me)
Any hobbies, things, etc. that would help or have helped you out? (Music, books, family, and art haven’t had any affect yet)
