Carpal tunnel syndrome
any one dealing with carpal tunnel? What do you do for relief? I've tried icing my hands, I have wrist braces , sleeping with my hands propped up. Nothing works. it first started in my right ring finger with mild swelling. Now it hands are always swollen wrist joints always feel Iike they'll pop out of place and it is in both hands now. I'm juat looking to find some relief.ANY SUGGESTIONS I'll try anything at this point
