Need some help

Six days late for period and no sign of it any time. “TMI” discharge has increased A LOT. I took a pregnancy test Saturday and it came up negative. And haven’t tested again. The past two days, last night came home and almost threw up then this evening I smelled the “freezer smell on the plastic when you buy something froze” and almost threw up. So what do I do? Test again or is it just late??
