ugh. do yall have any idea?

I got off depo April 3rd, I got a june 14-21 I ovulated june 28 & bd june 27&28th. I started Vitex June 20 because my period was long & didn’t seem like it was going to stop well it stopped the 22 & I am still taking vitex. I am 7 DPO and yesterday had this

I don’t understand?? Is this implantation? I have light cramps for a few hours of the day & thats only there WHEN I WIPE. it doesn’t get on a pad or anything ONLY when I wipe.🤔 Do yall think this is implantation?? or Vitex inducing another period?? Any help or input is VERY beyond appreciated!!
