Has ovulation happened?

I didn't get ovulation cramps this time. I had a very early positive lh surge on cd17 and cd18. I am wondering wether I just missed the lh surge testing as I was at work for 12 hours. My temp didn't drop as normal. Have I ovulated? I just started taking pregnacare and have been going to accupunture. Could this be anything to do with it? So worried that I might not have ovulated 😥
