Do you like the name Evan?

We’re finding it really hard to find a boy name that we like. We both feel nothing about the name Evan - neither like nor hate. That’s better than one of us hating the name! Any comments that would make me fall in love with name? Or comments to make me avoid it? 😄

I have a cousin named Evan. although I'm like you guys, neither love or hate the name. Maybe choose a name you like and one your husband likes and use the 2 names for his first and middle name. or if you have a middle named already picked out choose a first name you like that goes well with the middle. I’ve never been a fan of the name Evan, myself. You guys should definitely pick a name that you’re going to love though. Had we been told we were having a boy, I was planning on naming him either Jamie or Jameson 😄

I'm finding that I dont like boy names as much as girl names 🤷 so I think it can just take time to grow on you. Maybe try it out for a while and call the baby Evan and see how it sounds

Evan is my husbands name so my vote is a little biased 😬 but I understand your struggle of finding a boy name! Out of the thousands that my husband and read through we only agreed on ONE and it still wasn’t even my number one choice but the more I started saying it out loud the more I fell in love with it and now I can’t imagine calling him anything else and he isn’t even born yet!
