Herpes or just pimples?(maybe cuz of chapped lips)

I forgot my lip balm, and I woke up with one corner of my mouth hurting like I stretch my mouth to wide or sum, and yeah I put on some baseline, but it doesn’t tingle or anything, and I only got tested for herpes simplex two which was negative and I also have bumps on my lips that are red but don’t hurt
