I hate BMI scores there are so many things that BMI doesn’t take into account. I’m 5’2” and according to the BMI I should weigh around 100lbs but because of my build and how I build muscle if I weighed 100lbs I would look sickly. So please if you are using only BMI scores to decide what a healthy weight is, think about if that is actually a good weight for you, take other factors into consideration.
