tip toeing toddler

I have a 19 month old that likes to walk on her tip-toes occasionally, she will walk normal and then switch it up from normal to toe from point A to B and it seems to be mostly when she's home without shoes on so it's not full time. I know doing it often can be concerning and before 2-3 y.o it is a bit more common/normal. We had our 18 month appointment last month and don't have another wellness check until 2 but if she continues to do it at 2 I plan to bring it up.

I'm just wondering if anyone else child did this and when/if they grew out of it or if it became a major issue later on?
