so stressed out
my depression has been sooooo bad lately. I just moved to a new state & have to jump thru hoops to start working & its making my anxiety go thru the roof. I'm 8 days late on my period BC of everything going on, which is making me more stressed. what do you guys to make yourself feel better? or to make your anxiety feel small? the only thing I've been getting is sleep & I've gained most of the weight back I worked so hard to lose BC I've been stuffing my face with pizza & ice cream for the past 3 weeks
