Was supposed to be 8w+5d, measuring 6w.

Just had my first ultrasound I was supposed to be 8w+5d based off of LMP which are really regular for me. But I just had a vaginal ultrasound and baby is measuring 6w exactly & has a heartbeat of 106. Has anyone else experienced this? I feel very concerned.
