Cyclogest pessaries ?!

Hi all. Quick question. I'm currently 11 weeks 6 days pregnant and been on a lot of ivf fertility meds. I have just checked my medication weening protocol and I don't have enough of these to last until 14 weeks when I should stop completely. I re read it and it says I should have only been doing 2x a day from 10-12 weeks and I've still been doing 3x a day. I think I can speak to my clinic in the morning and get another delivery. (I pray) but can taking more of this cause any harm to me or baby?!
