How long after a Miscarriage did it take you to get a BFP? And what did you do different that cycle?

I had a Miscarriage in November 2017. My cycles were normal. I've been ovulating. We started trying again this February. Last pregnancy took 1 cycle and got BFP (obviously don't expect that this time) which ended in a Miscarriage. I do ovulation strips so I know I'm ovulating.
