Pregnant workouts


I just got a positive pregnancy test this morning (I am not due to start my period till Sunday). I can’t get into the doctor for 2 weeks. I have been doing Orangetheory ( high intensity interval training) for about 6-8 weeks. Do I need to change anything about my workout? Do I need to stay away from ab workouts? Thanks for any feedback, I waited to late to call the obgyn to ask.
