Want a baby

Hey all,

So since April my period has been anywhere between 30-33 days. This app tells me it’s due today and my other one tells me tommorow. I had unprotected sex July 2nd and Today. How long till I know if I am pregnant: my husband and I have mega baby fever, we have a three year old boy and very impatient waiting. I’ve been reading google a lot and it gives me mixed answers about everything. I’ve been reading a lot that you can’t conceive before your period is due or anytime at all, only when your ovulating or fertile.

Pls help me understand or give tips

Ps: I did the ovulation test and I got a faint line for the test line which I hear is no good it must be bold.
