So im 7dpo and i have got general symtoms like sore boobs light but not painful cramping nausea weird flutters just under my belly button that sometimes make me feel sick, i know its really early but people say the first response early respone are really good. I want to test but im not sure at the same time i dont want to get my hopes up this early

that's not how first response works or any type of pregnancy test.  6 days sooner doesn't mean it will show up positive then. it all depends when you implant which is between 6dpo and 12dpo. it takes 48 hours for hcg to double. you won't have a positive early unless you implanted that early. 7dpo isn't possible. earliest is 8dpo. regardless what anyone says they could have had miscalculated ovulation but 7dpo isn't possible. you could end up pregnant this month but you may have negatives for a couple days. the first response only shows positive if you implanted early, which most women dont. the accuracy percentage is rather low 6 days before according to their  box/instructions. it's always best to wait to day it's due for a more accurate result. false negatives are extremely common when you test early.
