no pain but bleeding

so I know I'm pregnant I've taken 6 tests and they all show faint positive on then. However I am spotting and when I wiped there was blood. I called my OB's office and they asked me to come in for blood work to confirm that I am pregnant. They also put me on pelvic rest, and then it wasn't until the nurse told me that that I kind of got worried because my husband and I did have intercourse yesterday. Could that be the reason I now see blood or could it be a miscarriage?
