Severe back pain?

Question

I’m 13 weeks today and for the last couple of weeks, I’ve been having mild back pain. Today, it’s much more severe mid to lower back pain and nothing’s helping. I took some Tylenol, and have been using an ice pack but I can’t seem to get comfortable and almost want to vomit from the pain. Anyone else experiencing this and have any suggestions that might help?

I had bad back pain for about 4 days at the end of my tenth week. It just randomly subsided. Hope you get some relief soon.

I’m only 10 weeks but have been experiencing the same thing- especially today. I went for a massage which didn’t really help honestly but the therapist told me to do childs pose, and the one where you are on all 4’s and arch your back like a cat, then down then up again. 
It helps a bit. I read that it’s normal between 10-14 weeks though for your lower back to be in pain. It’s “peak” time apparently.

I literally just posted about this! I too am having severe back pain. I am 13wks3days.
Do you stand on your feet for the large portion of the day? I am on my feet all day at work & I use to get lower back pain before my pregnancy, but it just recently got really severe & painful! 
I want to see my doctor - but I have to wait for an appointment. 
Do you have any cramps? I’ve had cramps on & off too with the back pain - which freaks me out even more!
I have read also that some back pain is normal with the growth & changes that our bodies are going through.

I’m 11 weeks and had very bad back pain all week I went to the doctors and turned out I actually have a uti so maybe you could be experiencing this x
