That’s what seemed to be the issue for me. My body would give all the signals that I was ovulating, I would get a positive OPK. The day before ovulation, an ultrasound would show multiple perfect looking follicles, but it seemed that more often than not my follicles didn’t actually contain an egg. We ended up doing IVF and they were able to retrieve 9 good quality eggs, 3 of which results in high quality embryos.

Yes you can, just learned you can also get a LH surge but not ovulate.
