Hey ladies af is due today but she’s not here

I checked my cervix to see if it was low and it’s not!!!!

As of right now it’s medium height, firm and closed. I hope that’s a good sign for pregnancy. Also my boobs have felt super heavy today, mild mild cramps here and there. They’re more of a twinge than cramp. Yesterday I had a BFN so I’m hoping I just implanted later in my cycle and I can get a BFP in a few days if the ugly whore doesn’t show up.

Anyone else have similar symptoms and get a BFP? I know every women’s body is different and every pregnancy is different.
