What does it mean ?

I recently had a dream that I was pregnant. I know it may seem silly to be worried about that but I'm just curious ehat it meant because my sister told me that I could be but I'm not ready for that. I just need we other opinions on what it could be. Thank you !

If there’s a chance you could be pregnant then take a test.  If there’s no chance you could be pregnant then it was just a dream.  No need to overthink it.  I had a dream that I was pregnant and it turned out I was, but I’d had unprotected sex so it wasn’t like it was completely random.  So yeah, if there’s a chance you could be pregnant then take the necessary steps to find out, otherwise there’s not much else you can do it’s just a dream.

this may not help much, but i always go on Google and type in "what does it mean when you dream about ___?" it usually helps me makes sense as to why i dreamed something
