So I was taking my son to visit with my mom today. He saw 3 kids outside playing with their parents and he wanted to introduce himself. So I walked over with him (he’s 4) and stood there while I said his name and asked how they’re doing. The two parents turned around, looked at my son. Rolled their eyes and then turned back around and started talking to their kids. My sons smile disappeared and I felt so bad for him. I literally cried when I got back inside of my moms house bc I was so mortified.
