Opk Help - Positive twice in a cycle?

Question

So top opks we’re cd 15 and bottom was cd 19... which would you go by? Why would this happen twice? Normally I don’t test again once I get a positive in a cycle but idk I felt like it again and confused... today I am on cd 28 and AF is late... I called my Obgyn and I have to call if I get my period or a bfp or wait to see him on the 19th as scheduled for a US and check up...

Your on CD 18 but your af is late?
That doesn’t make much sense. 
You could have a very long LH surge
It’s possible you didn’t ovulate after the first positive test
It could also be picking up hcg 
Or you could be trying to ovulate but it’s not happening yet (common with pcos)

Those are definitely both positive. The first one could have been a surge but you might not have ovulated until later. Are you tracking anything else to confirm ovulation?  I track my temps which helps to confirm ovulation but I can also often tell when I'm ovulating because I'll get cramps.
