Question

Has anyone used the product “Pregnitude” to help regulate their period? If so, how long did it take for you to get your period?

Answer

I did!  it worked super well for me.  I started taking it towards the end of my cycle and got my period like the next day. From that point on my cycles were super predictable (but still slightly longer at 35 days). Prior to pregnitude each cycle could be anywhere from 25-45 days for me.  When I look at my glow calendar I can totally see the difference where my cycles leveled out.   My first month of Pregnitude was also the first month that I got the static smiley on the opk.     I was worried that it would taste gross so I mixed it with crystal light at first,  but I have since realized that you honestly can't taste it in plain water!
