Pain down right side.

Hey guys I am 11 weeks and 3 days :)

Had a early scan at 7 weeks as had some cramps everything was fine.

Last night I had these awful pains down my right side going to the top of my legs and across my tummy at times. I do have a cyst on the right side they told me but nothing to worry about as it's a pregnancy cyst and will go by the time I am 16 weeks. The pains worried me, took some pain killers, had a bath and went to bed. Pains have gone this morning. Just wondering if anyone else has had pains and if it's normal? I over think everything as I have had 2 miscarriages last year and this is the furthest I have ever got. I got my scan the 18th July ❤❤ thanks everyone.
