Positive line test and negative digital

Hello, I got a faint positive with fmu on 12dpo with a frer. I tested again that afternoon with a frer and got another faint line. I tested on 13dpo with a frer line test and digital...the second line is still there but the digital read NO -

Any advice? Am I pregnant and the digital just isn’t as sensitive? Even with it being a frer?
