How were your menstrual cycles after having a baby over time?

Me personally my periods have gotten SOOOOOO much better after having a baby . I used to throw up and have bad cramps . Now I don’t even complain about cramps or even think about taking anything

The cramps got a lot better, I used to get horrible period pains and now they hurt a bit but I don’t need pain killers anymore, hope it stays like this after my second baby!

No cramps my first period and very very mild cramps on my second period, I barely noticed. and I just finished my second period, I hope it continues this way

Mine didn’t change whatsoever aside from the cramping. They lightened up a little bit. Hopefully they change more, for the better, with this little babe!
