Symptoms at 4weeks?

What symptoms do you get at 4 weeks pregnant pls (just found out I’m expecting).

Congratulations! I just found out yesterday and I’m 4 1/2 weeks. I have had basically no symptoms so far lol I didn’t think I was pregnant because all I’ve had was some mild cramping similar to when I get my period but that’s it. No morning sickness or fatigue or anything else!

4W4D, I’ve been super hungry 24/7, tired as hell, but also sleeping like crap, peeing a lot and coffee makes me gag. That’s about all I’m having right now.

I didn’t get any symptoms at all I just turned 5 weeks and 1 day and this is my third pregnancy with my other two pregnancies I got a lot of nausea it depends
