I’ve never had sex but my period is 6 days late what should I do, I’m freaking out aha

how long have you had your period? (like how many years) and if you’ve never had sex there is nothing to worry about some people just have irregular periods especially in the first year of getting your period.

The more you stress the longer it’ll take. Try and relax, have a healthy meal, a bath maybe go for a light walk and focus on other things. It’ll come. If it doesn’t come by for another month, then see a doctor. Honestly they rarely like to see you unless it’s been a substantial amount of time since your last period if you aren’t having sex and you’re young, because it’s totally normal for people under 17 to have irregular periods.
