paraguard pain

So im 25, never been pregnant or had a baby and i had the Copper IUD fitted on the 21st of june (during the middle of my pill break bleed). Since then i bled until 2 days ago (roughly for 2 weeks at 30ml a day, i use a cup that has measuring lines) and i still have cramps in my back, stomach and thighs as if the bleeding will start again, especially when i stretch. I can feel my strings as i am supposed to be able too. I was wondering if any of you girls knew if this was normal / had experienced anything simlar will it stop soon or ever 😥 ?
