Help!! PCOS and High AMH

Hi everyone, my husband and I have been TTC for quite a while now. we have never used protection since we've been married, 15 years ago. I am now 34. We always just assumed it would come naturally. Now that I'm getting older my biological clock is ticking so loud it's like the crocodile in Peter Pan. So, I have been going to get all of the testing done to figure out what's going on. I have been diagnosed with insulin resistant PCOS. Other than the PCOS, every test, up to this point, for both of us has come back normal. Now, I just got a test results that my AMH level is high at 16.99 the reference range I believe was between 1 - 4. I can find very little information for treatment for high AMH. Any advice or information would be greatly appreciated!! Thank you in advance!! My only baby(pictured below) NEEDS a sibling!
