My face looks horrible

Im embarrassed to go out ! My face is so disgusting. Nothing seems to work I went to the dermatologist and what they prescribed me gave me an allergic reaction. I don’t know what to do anymore I’ve lost all my self confidence I don’t even want to look at myself in the mirror. Anybody recommends something ? What worked for you ? I’m desperate.
