Best way to manage a bad mood from PMS?

I'm supposed to get my period tomorrow and for the past few days I just haven't been myself, I'm cranky, weirdly anxious, and overly tired. I've been forcing myself to go to the gym every night and eat healthy but I'm still feeling crappy. My boyfriend and I are going on a mini vacation tomorrow and I don't wanna feel like this!! :( what do you ladies do to remedy a PMS bad mood funk?
