Is 19 to young for couples counseling??

Met when we were 16, and now we are going through something that we feel like we can’t fix. I can only see my future with him and feel like I’m living in purpose when we are together but life has shook us and now we don’t know what to do.

as someone who has been in therapy since I was 8 years old, 19 seems totally acceptable. I know that you're asking about couples therapy, but go for it. never too young for therapy.

That depends- what is it you're going through? Do you both want to fix it? Couples counselling can be extremely expensive. There are a lot of things to consider beyond your age.

As you age, things change. You grow, and somethings just don’t work anymore. Sure you can fix it but you’ll have to really want to.

My partner and I both speak with our own therapists about problems and will even do counseling together when it calls for it, we’re both 19 and it has strengthened our relationship immensely I highly recommend it! It shows emotional strength trust in one another and maturity to take steps to help your relationship and one another! If you’re both for it then do it! Good luck!

I believe your young & you been having the same bf so of course you can't see your self with no one else, sometimes in life things change & relationships change if you feel like y'all can fix it go for it if not it's a time to start your new chapter.
