12 week headaches?!!!

I've been having headaches almost every day as of late. It doesn't help that I sit at a computer 8 hours a day for work. I had one today that lasted pretty much the entire day. I took Tylenol but it does nothing. I really miss ibruprofin! lol

I had a bad headache for 2 days and decided I’ll try drinking 64 ounces of water and bought a jug for exactly 64 ounces. The very next day I woke up without a headache. Coincidence? I don’t know 🤷🏻‍♀️ but I’ll be drinking 8 cups everyday. 🌊🧜🏽‍♀️

Mine started this week as well, 12 weeks.  I can’t kick them totally but I get relief from drink a G2 or more like half of one.

Yes but it’s due to bad hay fever with me. Plus I’m craving a lot of savoury snacks so eating too much salt and not replacing the fluids the salt is taking lol ooops.

Yes!  Me too. It started right at 12 weeks. Luckily, I’m off work for the summer and could take a few days to rest in the dark with my fluids and Tylenol. It did let up after a few days, thank goodness.

I'm a little over 12 weeks and the headaches just started for me a few days ago. Drinking loads of water and everything, but no matter what, I end up sleeping extra long and taking way more naps because I can't function otherwise. Nothing seems to be helping.😖😔
