Dealing with Miscarriage Fear?

Hello everyone! So last year my first pregnancy at 22 ended with a miscarriage! I was 4wk and 2 Days when I found out.
Today I’m pregnant and about 4weeks and 5 days and am constantly afraid that I’m going to have another miscarriage. My husband and I are so nervous and I must admit I’m even apprehensive to admit to myself that I’m pregnant out of fear. I struggle with mental illness and it is definitely playing into all of this negative past experience.
Any advice??

I tried to remember that the odds are in my favor and if 1/4 pregnancies end in miscarriage then 3/4 will end with a baby. It helped me to keep reminding myself that. The early weeks of my rainbow baby pregnancy were still long and hard to get through because of anxiety (and morning sickness) but I’m 19 weeks with my rainbow baby and this time around is MUCH different and baby is doing well. Keep your head up!

See a therapist if it’s interfering with you life and everyday things , stress is unhealthy for you and developing baby

I can't suggest meditation enough. It's fantastic - like training the brain how to have a feeling and gently leave it behind without obsessing over it.
