Losing weight.......is there a secret 💪🏽

After multiple losses in the past three years I finally took control of my life and have lost almost 50lbs in 8 months!!! When you really want something you will make it work and that is my secret. Who would of known what a huge difference it would make in a person’s outward appearance and mind. I declare this is my year and pray that we get our beautiful rainbow baby this year! Come on mommas we can do this!!!
